Return and Exchanges
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full no questions asked refund (Please enclose the original packing slip we enclosed with your order, as well).
We'd be grateful if you'd jot a note on the packing slip indicating the reason you're returning your glasses and whether you wish to exchange those you purchased for another item or if you wish to receive a refund. (The note will enable us to constantly improve the product descriptions on our website).
We must receive your returned item in brand new salable condition with all packaging, tags, and stickers intact.
We'll pay for return shipping if your address is within any of the 48 contiguous United States or DC. Simply contact our Customer Concierge with your order number in the subject line and request a postage paid return mailing label.
We'll process your return or exchange on the next business day after we receive it!
