Collection: Blue Light Glasses
Blue light from mobile phones, tablets, televisions, computer monitors, and other devices can cause sleep disturbances, headaches, eye fatigue, blurry vision, and more.
Blue light eyewear can block the blue and violet portion of the light spectrum (HEV or high-energy light) from digital screens emitting light within the range that's harmful.
Blue light glasses are usually worn when the user is at "screen reading distance," so magnification should be about one-half what it would be for reading glasses. That's because we look at screens at about half the distance at which we look at a printed page. (Which, of course, doesn't apply to people who don't require any magnification.)
Our blue light filtering glasses are available in magnified strengths and many have no magnification for those who don't need glasses—but still need blue light protection.
