A Good Combination — ReadingGlasses.CO/

Reading glasses with contacts?

According to our prominent Park Avenue ophthalmologist, you can do no harm combining the two. However, many people prefer to have their contact lenses correct for "monovision." Monovision enables the contacts wearer to see far and near. With monovision, one eye is corrected for distance and the other for close-up vision (for activities such as reading). If the wearer cannot acclimate to monovision (e.g: s/he gets dizzy, nauseated, headaches), reading glasses over contacts is a fine solution.
